Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine analog and mixed-mode SerDes models.
  • Automate model extraction and correlation procedures.
  • Perform channel simulations to validate model accuracy.
  • Identify optimal model structures for new scenarios.
  • Document modeling processes and results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to design and validate high-speed communication systems.

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of control theory and its application to electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in stochastic processes and probability theory applied to electrical engineering.
  • Programming skills in MATLAB or Python.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education Requirements
