- Develop and refine analog and mixed-mode SerDes models.
- Automate model extraction and correlation procedures.
- Perform channel simulations to validate model accuracy.
- Identify optimal model structures for new scenarios.
- Document modeling processes and results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design and validate high-speed communication systems.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of control theory and its application to electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in stochastic processes and probability theory applied to electrical engineering.
- Programming skills in MATLAB or Python.
