Role Overview

The Senior Staff Silicon Design Engineer will work on the next generation of AMD Microprocessors, contributing to the design, verification, and integration of critical components within SoC architectures. This role requires developing power-efficient architectures while maintaining superior performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply functional verification techniques to enhance pre-silicon IP verification and reduce time to market for ASIC/SoC designs.
• Involved in the creation and porting of the DV environment along with test plan creation and implementation.
• Independently manage various DV tasks, providing guidance and potentially leading collaboration across teams.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail. Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership capabilities are essential. A thorough knowledge of ASIC/SoC verification, particularly with SV/UVM/Formal Verification is required.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
