  • Provide expertise in hardware design with an emphasis on signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize project execution.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure effective integration of hardware components.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source materials and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements to maintain a competitive position in hardware development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, showcasing the ability to guide and support teams while maintaining project deadlines. Experience in high-speed PCB design and proficiency in design tools like Cadence Allegro is crucial, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
