Role Summary
This position is for a junior level individual contributor role within the GF Design Enablement organization, located in Singapore. The role is responsible for developing and publishing Design Manual (DM) specifications for GF customers, integrating technology, manufacturing, and business needs.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality Design Manuals (DMs) and providing comprehensive design support to customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, evaluate, and validate technology design rules and Boolean operations.
- Creating and maintaining mini DRC decks for physical design rule evaluation.
- Designing and implementing layout Design of Experiments (DoE) and developing Test Structures to validate design rules.
- Performing in-depth silicon data analysis to enhance design rules based on data insights.
- Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum BS in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Relevant working/internship experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in handling software engineering or tech design and enablement.
- Fluency in English – written and verbal.
Preferred qualifications include:
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or relevant fields in software engineering.
- Programming skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field is required.
