Role Summary
The Senior Engineer role focuses on verification engineering, with responsibilities including the architecting and implementation of verification testbenches, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Senior Engineer include:
- Verification engineer with knowledge of IP verification or SoC integration verification.
- Experience in SoC scenario verification and performance verification.
- Architecting and implementing SV/UVM testbenches.
- Writing test plans and defining test methodologies.
- Debugging test failures and collaborating with project management and team leads.
- Working with engineers from various teams, including architecture, design, and silicon validation.
Requirements
Key skills and experience required:
- Understanding of digital hardware verification languages (Verilog/SystemVerilog).
- Experience in SoC verification using low-level programming (C/C++ and assembly).
- Familiarity with verification methodologies (UVM/OVM, Formal verification).
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of ARM-based designs and architectures.
- Automation experience with shell programming/scripting (Tcl, Perl, Python).
