Senior Applications Engineer - Totem

Role Overview

As a Senior Applications Engineer specializing in Totem, you will provide expert support to customers on simulation products, manage multiple customer designs through tape-out, and enhance workflows while collaborating closely with sales and product development teams.

Experience Level

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, showcasing expertise in analog and RF design.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and train customers on Totem and related simulation products to ensure productivity.
• Manage customer designs through the tape-out process, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Utilize advanced knowledge in circuit analysis and design to address SoC challenges.
• Identify technical needs and communicate insights to support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development to provide customer feedback for product enhancements.
• Develop utilities and troubleshoot using UNIX-based scripting languages.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
• Advanced expertise in analog circuit analysis and EDA tools for layout and extraction.
• Proficiency in UNIX systems and scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, or Python).
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) is mandatory.
