Role Overview

Role Summary

As a Senior Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for managing ICV runset support, delivering post-sales technical expertise, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on customer success and technical excellence.

Experience Level

This position requires a strong foundation in ASIC design flow, VLSI, and CAD engineering, focusing on customer handling and technical problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide runset support to ensure optimal product performance for foundry clients.
  • Deliver post-sales technical expertise during product implementation and maintenance.
  • Implement customer installation requirements and customize solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre-sales support and contribute to business development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues, driving product adoption.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate knowledge transfer regarding product features.
  • Identify areas for product improvement and communicate insights to development teams.

Requirements

A basic understanding of design processes, particularly in Design Rule Checking (DRC), is preferred. A solid grasp of VLSI concepts, familiarity with competitive EDA tools, and project management experience are essential for this role. Creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills are required to build effective relationships with both clients and team members.

Education Requirements

A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with experience in ASIC design and VLSI.
