• Collaborating with CAD and frontend teams for compiler automation and verification.
• Conducting bitcell development and reliability analysis.
• Mentoring junior engineers and leading projects.
• Producing technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in embedded CMOS memory design.
• Expertise in SRAM bit cell design, testing, and analysis.
• Proficiency with layout, simulation, and verification tools.
• Programming skills in C-Shell and Perl; C++ or JavaScript are a plus.
