Role Summary

The Project Engineering Management, Sr Staff Engineer will manage Mixed-Signal IP projects from concept through to customer delivery, collaborating closely with R&D teams and various stakeholders. This role ensures timely project completion while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Experience Level

Mid-Career with a significant background in project management within semiconductor development environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Mixed-Signal IP projects from inception to delivery.
• Represent the product line and communicate project status to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams for new developments and product enhancements.
• Track project timelines across R&D teams and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Evaluate change requests and address technical issues from customers.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams for comprehensive project support.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
• Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor environments.
• Experience in project management and proficiency with project management tools.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and Linux tools is advantageous.

A degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or an equivalent discipline.
