Role Summary

The Principal Engineer/MTS role focuses on leading the HIG-HBM Product System Engineering for Media Health Manufacturing at Micron. This involves overseeing the development of high-performing teams, driving product quality, costs, cycle time, and scalability for next-generation HBM products.

Experience Level

Mid-level; requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

• Ensuring optimized test coverage for HIG HBM design architectures.
• Developing, validating, and qualifying next-generation HBM products.
• Supporting design verification and providing in-depth circuit analysis.
• Improving manufacturing test yields and reducing test time.
• Resolving root cause issues in manufacturing test flows.
• Promoting innovation and maintaining a competitive advantage.
• Mentoring team members and managing projects effectively.
• Making technical decisions on project priorities.

Requirements

Key requirements for candidates include:
