Role Summary
This role involves leading the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits. The engineer will provide guidance to team members and represent the company in front of external customers.

Responsibilities
The Principal Analog Design Engineer will have the following key responsibilities:
- Interpret requirement specifications to achieve design strategy for power management products.
- Provide technical leadership for major blocks, guiding designs into production.
- Design, simulate, and supervise the layout of CMOS power management circuits.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new circuits and lead lab evaluations.
- Produce high-quality documentation for own IP blocks and support DFT strategies.
- Partner with the test team to ensure appropriate test development.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
- Maintain a customer-facing relationship as part of project teams.
- Support the RFQ process as necessary.
- Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements

- Advanced training and experience in complex technical projects.
- Capability to solve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Ability to lead significant projects with creativity and ingenuity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility for occasional international travel at short notice.
