Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing semiconductor device and process from conceptual stages to establishing production technology.
- Conducting device structure design and wafer process flow construction along with device measurement and evaluation.
- Collaborating across multiple departments including process technology, product design, and quality assurance.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor device structure design or process development.
- Basic knowledge in semiconductor physics and prototyping.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in wafer level electrical characteristic measurement.
- Skills in Test Element Group (TEG) layout design.
