Power Delivery & System Validation Engineer

Role Summary

The Power Delivery & System Validation Engineer plays a critical role in validating Intel’s next-generation high-performance CPUs and interconnected interfaces. This position is responsible for ensuring processor architectures meet power, performance, and reliability standards before reaching customers.

Experience Level

Entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform system-level validation on Intel’s next-generation high-performance CPUs and interconnected subsystems.
  • Conduct power delivery validation for complex systems.
  • Identify, model, and implement worst-case stress scenarios.
  • Develop and execute validation strategies and test plans.
  • Analyze system behavior to root-cause defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Utilize debug tools and performance analyzers.
  • Drive improvements in validation methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in server technologies, microprocessor validation, computer architecture, and programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in debugging, defining next steps for bug issues, and embedded firmware programming.
  • Acknowledgment of computer systems performance.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
