Post-Silicon Validation and Debug Engineer

Role Summary

This position will support the Post-Silicon Validation team at Intel Corporation, focusing on ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of advanced CPU products. The role involves working collaboratively with various engineering teams to identify and resolve issues related to hardware design and validation.

Experience Level

Relevant experience is crucial for applicants. Candidates should have a background in electrical or computer engineering, ideally with 3+ years of experience or a master's degree accompanied by 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for CPU and SOC functionality and performance.
• Design, implement, and debug validation tests within post-silicon environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and manufacturing, to tackle complex issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis for program quality and lead debug initiatives effectively.
• Drive automation and improvements in validation efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster their technical skills within the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to assure smooth product delivery.

Requirements

Education Requirements
