PnR Applications Engineer

Role Summary

Provide technical support as part of the Global Support team, handling customer-reported issues and collaborating with international teams at Synopsys. The role is based in the Synopsys office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Experience Level

1-2 years of experience in a physical design role is preferable. Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role or relevant training programs are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, handle issues received through SolvNet.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve various customer-reported issues.
• Gain exposure to advanced EDA fields and expand skills in synthesis and signoff technologies.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous process improvement within the team.

Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of EDA tools or a willingness to learn (PnR, synthesis, signoff, verification).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and face technical challenges.
• Experience with customer or technical support is a plus.

Education Requirements

BS or higher degree in a related field is required.
