Role Summary
The Package Signal and Power Integrity Simulations Intern role focuses on performing package design and simulations related to integrated circuits. The role involves collaboration with the package engineering group to address the electrical requirements for high-end applications.

Responsibilities
The intern will take on the following tasks:
- Perform package design for a flip chip package using an existing netlist.
- Extract package equivalent models using 3D EM simulation tools.
- Collaborate with the PKG Layout Design team to optimize electrical performance.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and microwave theory.
- Understanding of transmission line theory and EM field propagation.
- Familiarity with frequency and time domain signal analysis.
- Basic layout knowledge for PCB and semiconductor design.
- Understanding of Signal & Power Integrity concepts is preferred.
- Practical experience with PCB routing is a plus.
- Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation EDA software is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Good teamwork abilities and proficiency in English.
