Role Summary

The Lead Supply Planner for NPI Supply Planning & Inventory Management is responsible for driving end-to-end planning activities across wafer, substrate, assembly, test, logistics, and inventory flows to support new product introduction (NPI) programs. This role partners closely with global cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Product, OSATs, Foundry, PE/TE, Quality, and Business Units—to ensure supply readiness, risk mitigation, and operational execution from NPI to HVM transition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning activities to ensure all supply chain phases are aligned with NPI timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for smooth transitions from NPI to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in inventory management and logistics planning.
  • Ensure all cross-functional team members are updated on project status and challenges.

Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly in a technology or semiconductor environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams are essential.

Education Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications are a plus.
