Role Summary
The IP Release & Verification Engineer will assist in preparing IP releases, validating deliverables, and ensuring high-quality milestone drops for the core IP development team, specifically in Infinity (Data) Fabric IP.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, IP designers, verification, physical design, and program management teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Build test plan documentation, accounting for interactions with other hardware/software features/components.
- Write and implement directed and random verification tests.
- Support IP Release milestone drops and ensure deliverables meet project timelines.
- Provide first-level support for integration issues and assist in identifying problems.
- Use simulation and debug tools to analyze failures and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with RTL and firmware engineers to resolve design defects.
- Maintain and update IP documentation, including release details and known issues.
- Support automation efforts using scripting languages to improve release and validation flows.
Requirements
- Good understanding of computer architecture, interconnects, and cache coherency.
- Knowledge/experience in digital design and verification processes, methodologies like UVM.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and ability to analyze simulation results.
- Object-oriented programming knowledge (C++ and System Verilog).
- Scripting skills (Perl, Shell, Ruby, Python).
- Experience in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Advanced verbal and written English proficiency.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
