IP Design Verification Engineer

Role Overview

This position involves performing functional verification of IP logic to ensure compliance with design specifications at Intel Corporation. You will develop IP verification plans, test benches, and verification environments to uphold quality standards.

Experience Level

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant position, having navigated multiple project cycles. Candidates should possess solid programming skills and have a proven background in verification methodologies.

Main Duties

• Develop detailed verification plans and metrics to ensure product quality.
• Implement best practices in verification flows and oversee testbench development.
• Analyze pre-silicon designs, root cause issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, design, and verification teams.
• Innovate verification processes through the exploration of AI/ML technologies.
• Participate in technical reviews to uphold verification integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a high-quality output.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related field, and should have experience in developing System Verilog/UVM based test benches. Skills in Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, and Python are essential.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics with at least 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a Ph.D. with 5 years in a related work environment.
