Role Summary
Renesas is seeking an Intern - Digital Design for their Consumer & Industrial Power division in Prague, Czechia. This role involves engaging with team experts to learn about semiconductor technologies and participate in chip development. Interns will work on digital architecture definition, RTL coding, and verification, and may also use this opportunity for their graduation thesis.
Experience Level
Internship level; suitable for MSc students.
Responsibilities
As an intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with design team experts.
- Working on digital architecture definition.
- Performing RTL coding and verification.
- Possibly developing your graduation thesis.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of digital circuits.
- University student in electrical engineering, information technology, or related fields.
- Highly motivated to learn.
- Basic English communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Practical experience with electronic circuitry development.
- Understanding of FPGA and/or microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of PCB design.
- Skills in programming/scripting (Verilog, VHDL, TCL, Python, C/C++, Perl).
- Experience with communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, JTAG).
Education Requirements
Must be a university student studying electrical engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
