High-Speed SerDes & Mixed-Signal Validation Engineer

Role Overview

The High-Speed SerDes & Mixed-Signal Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating next-generation high-bandwidth interconnect solutions that are crucial for AI, cloud, and data-center infrastructures. This position involves a combination of lab work, automation, and collaboration with design and firmware teams to ensure silicon's production readiness.

Experience Level

We are looking for candidates with substantial industry experience in silicon validation or hardware characterization, preferably in high-speed systems.

Main Duties

The main responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining validation and automation software.
• Executing silicon bring-up and characterization activities.
• Defining validation strategies and test plans while effectively communicating results to stakeholders.
• Designing tests to evaluate various system metrics such as performance and signal integrity.
• Contributing to the improvement of validation methodologies and lab infrastructure.
• Supporting product ramp-up and addressing field validation issues.

Key Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience. A strong foundation in analog or mixed-signal systems, as well as hands-on experience with lab instrumentation, is required.
