Role Summary
The Graduate Trainee position in Silicon Design Engineering focuses on the design, building, and delivery of high-end semiconductor products. This role involves collaboration across various engineering disciplines including Physical Design, Frontend Integration, Design for Test, and Design Verification.
Experience Level
This position is intended for fresh graduates with a foundational understanding of semiconductor or digital design principles and practices.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Physical Design (PD): Implement Place & Route, ensure timing/physical signoff, and automate daily tasks.
- Frontend Integration (FEINT): Conduct logical & physical synthesis, timing analysis, and design quality checks.
- Design for Test (DFT): Implement built-in tests, generate test patterns, and support DFT debugging.
- Design Verification (DV): Create simulation environments, develop test plans and test cases, and ensure quality through reusable verification components.
