Graduate RF/Analog Design Engineer

Role Summary

The Graduate RF/Analog Design Engineer will work with the RF Control Products team at Analog Devices in Istanbul, Turkey. The role focuses on the development of RF products including switches, attenuators, amplifiers, and power limiters.

Experience Level

Entry-level, typically requires 0-2 years of related and progressive experience.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Design of transistor-level circuits such as switches, attenuators, LNAs, and power limiters.
  • Perform design evaluation, first silicon characterization, and detailed analysis.
  • Develop RF products using various process and packaging technologies.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for product development.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • At least a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering; an M.S. is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of S-parameters, T-line theory, and RF networks.
  • Skills in circuit design environments such as Cadence and ADS.
  • Experience with electromagnetic simulators (EMPro, HFSS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RF characterization and test equipment is beneficial.
  • Ability to innovate, design, simulate, and verify circuit performance.
  • Strong communication skills and motivation to learn.

Education Requirements

B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; M.S. is preferred.
