This role focuses on the integration of software and hardware within a leading commercial processor group. As a Graduate CPU OS Verification Software/Hardware Engineer, you will engage in tasks that enhance both your software skills and understanding of CPU functionality.

Job Summary

As part of Arm's verification team, you will contribute to the early software bring-up processes, validate new hardware systems, and develop tools for verifying Arm CPUs, collaborating with global teams in both hardware and software domains.

Experience Level

This position is open to recent graduates or individuals who will soon complete their degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance software abilities while gaining insights into CPU internals.
  • Execute early software bring-up to test and verify new hardware systems.
  • Utilize advanced hardware accelerator farms for performance validation.
  • Develop and implement unique verification tools in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a degree or be close to completing one in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field. They should also possess programming skills in C, an understanding of CPU architecture concepts, and knowledge of operating system kernels.
