GPU Logic Design Engineer

Role Overview

The GPU Logic Design Engineer will focus on developing logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for graphics IPs. This role primarily involves creating components needed for cell libraries, functional units, and the GPU IP block essential for full chip integration.

Experience Level

This position requires experienced professionals with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, or 3 years with a master's degree.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Developing logic designs and performing RTL coding for various graphics applications.
• Contributing to architecture and microarchitecture feature definitions.
• Optimizing designs to meet specified power, performance, area, and timing requirements.
• Reviewing and supporting verification plans to confirm correct feature implementation across verification hierarchies.
• Driving unit level verification and resolving any failing RTL tests to maintain design integrity.
• Supporting integration efforts for SoC customers to ensure high-quality GPU block integration.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Verilog/SystemVerilog, microarchitecture, and energy-efficient low power logic design.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with SoC design and integration.
• Experience in multiple tape-outs reaching production success.
