FPGA Product Development - Product Owner

Role Summary

The role involves taking complete ownership as a Product Owner for a specific FPGA product line, overseeing everything from conceptualization to post-silicon validation. The Product Owner will create optimized, customer-ready silicon solutions focused on market applications such as Industrial Vision and Health.

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record in hardware product development encompassing all stages, from concept to post-silicon validation, within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Inception & Definition Phase: Propose FPGA products based on market demands, develop product definitions, conduct resource planning, and present proposals for approval.
• Development & Execution: Collaborate with various teams to manage trade-offs in cost, power, and performance, supporting execution through RTL development to back-end implementation.
• Post-Silicon & Validation: Ensure effective test plans are in place, manage validation and silicon debug processes, synthesize feedback from marketing teams, and address validation gaps.
• End-to-End Product Readiness: Manage the entire product lifecycle ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery, coordinating across hardware, software, and support teams.

Requirements

• Track record in hardware product development.
• Understanding of FPGA, IP, or ASIC design processes.
• Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and digital design methods.
• Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development flows.
• Strong ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in scripting and automation to facilitate design processes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
