Formal Verification Apprenticeship

Role Summary

This role is focused on the formal verification apprenticeship program at Synopsys. You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor design and validation methodologies directly from industry experts in a collaborative environment.

Experience Level

Fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025 are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have relevant academic experience or internships in semiconductor design.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply formal verification methodologies on live projects.
• Participate in validation processes as directed by seasoned engineers in the field.
• Contribute to quality improvements and provide insights to enhance verification tools.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• Strong academic foundation with coursework, projects, or internships in semiconductor design.
• Familiarity with computer architecture and digital design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) in Unix/Linux environments.
• Candidates must not be currently enrolled in postgraduate programs and should not be employed in full-time positions.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields is required for this internship position.
