Engineering Execution Manager, HIG High Bandwidth Memory (HBM)

Role Summary

The Engineering Execution Manager for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) will guide HBM products through various phases, including concept, design, NPI (New Product Introduction), and HVM (High Volume Manufacturing). This role involves facilitating cross-functional lifecycle management and leading the Product Development Team (PDT) to ensure timely execution of projects.

Experience Level

Mid-level (5+ years of relevant experience).

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Integrating all aspects of HBM development within the extended HIG and TPG teams.
• Partnering with various teams to drive development progress and alignment.
• Collaborating with PMO to maintain detailed development schedules.
• Providing regular communication of development status across the organization.
• Setting and prioritizing tactical expectations according to milestones.
• Serving as a point of contact for product-related tasks and issues.
• Consolidating inputs for hardware readiness and capacity planning.

Requirements

Essential requirements include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or manufacturing/supply chain related fields.
