Role Summary

This position is within the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product & System Engineering Media Health team at Micron Technology. The main focus is driving Media Health Manufacturing for Micron’s latest HBM products, ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and optimized workflow through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

• Ensuring optimized test coverage on current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes.
• Developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying next-generation HBM products.
• Providing support for design verification and the in-depth circuit of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improving manufacturing test yields and resolving yield-related issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis on manufacturing test flow issues.
• Promoting innovation for a technical advantage in the market.
• Managing projects to ensure timely delivery of technological solutions.
• Making decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for holistic product development.

Requirements

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on root cause identification.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and device physics.
• Exposure to data analysis and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
• Ability to adapt and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field is required.
