Role Summary
Lead IP circuit design, verification, layout, and cell-characterization teams in India focused on DRAM-related memory products. Responsible for guiding analog and digital CMOS IP development and coordinating with product engineering, process integration, and transistor modeling to deliver silicon-qualified IP.

Senior — typically 15+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of IP for DRAM products.
- Lead and manage large teams for circuit design, verification, layout, and cell characterization.
- Provide technical direction for analog and digital CMOS design and simulation.
- Oversee circuit verification, layout verification and parasitic extraction to meet silicon targets.
- Collaborate with product engineering to validate silicon performance against simulations.
- Work with process integration and transistor modeling to design for next-generation process nodes.
- Drive standardization and cross-group communication to improve design efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and enable effective use of AI tools in daily workflows.
Requirements
Must-have technical and leadership skills; preferred items noted separately.
- Proven experience leading large circuit design, verification, and layout teams.
- Strong analog and digital design and simulation skills.
- Experience with circuit verification, layout verification, and parasitic extraction.
- Proficiency with UNIX and Cadence design environment (simulation, schematic entry, SPF/extraction).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.
- Preferred: DRAM circuit design experience and DRAM array knowledge.
- Preferred: understanding of device physics and basic CMOS processing techniques.
Education Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is required; the role specifies 15+ years of experience.
