Role Summary

The Digital Verification Engineer will be involved in the functional verification of high-performance products within the Automotive Power designs team in Milan. This position is targeted at supporting applications in Display, Lighting, and HV Power sectors, offering an excellent foundation for building a career in digital verification engineering.

Experience Level

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience in digital verification.

Responsibilities

The candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including:

  • Create and maintain the Verification Plan.
  • Support the architecture phase of the top level testbench based on the Verification Plan.
  • Write direct test cases and randomization to meet functional and code coverage requirements.
  • Write System Verilog assertions as planned in the Verification Plan.
  • Track bugs found during the verification phase and conduct verification reviews.
  • Document design work and test results according to team standards.
  • Develop foundational skills in digital verification tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following skills:

  • Strong coding and documentation practices.
  • Fluency in Verilog and SystemVerilog in design, simulation, and verification.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and UVM.
  • Understanding of System Verilog Assertions.
  • Basic scripting and automation skills in Perl and Python.
  • Able to manage the functional verification phase to completion with supervision.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
