DFT Senior Engineer

Role Summary

The DFT Senior Engineer will focus on designing, implementing, and validating design for test (DFT) architecture and methodologies for ASIC products in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role will require a thorough understanding of test methodologies and the ability to integrate them into design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DFT techniques in ASIC designs.
• Develop and validate DFT architecture to ensure quality and performance testing.
• Collaborate with design and verification teams to define and implement test methodologies.
• Responsible for bringing improvements to the DFT flow and methodologies.
• Debug and resolve DFT issues during the design phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with DFT methodologies, such as scan insertion, BIST, and ATPG tools.
• Proficient with industry-standard EDA tools used in ASIC design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
