Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise on SerDes devices to customers.

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology capabilities.
• Develop best practices and documentation related to SerDes PHY applications.
• Work with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of SerDes technology and its application in high-speed communication.
• Experience in customer support or applications engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
