Associate Test Development Engineer

Role Summary

The Associate Test Development Engineer will work on developing new product solutions for next-generation portable product applications. The role involves collaboration with a multi-Engineer Test team to create innovative, high-performance, mass production ready hardware and software test solutions.

Experience Level

Graduate level, recent graduates or those with limited experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • DFT definition & development to improve testability, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Pre-tapeout verification of test solutions using design simulation tools.
  • Design of innovative, reliable, and efficient multi-site probe and test solutions on high-performance mixed signal ATE platforms.
  • Execution of the test development phase including silicon functionality and debug, characterization, yield analysis, solution optimization, and offshore production release.
  • Support rapid ramp-up of ultra high-volume new products.
  • Drive continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives.
  • Opportunity for leadership at both project and personnel levels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Degree or Masters in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Self-motivated with initiative to solve challenging technical problems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Software experience in Visual Basic, Python, Java, or C.

Education Requirements

A degree or master's in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline is required.
