Role Summary

Siemens EDA is a global technology leader focused on Electronic Design Automation software. The Associate Product Engineer will support product deployment for Siemens' power analysis platform and foster customer relationships while focusing on product adoption.

Entry-level; 0 to 2 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Product Engineer will take on various responsibilities including:

  • Collaborating with R&D to guide the roadmap for the next generation power platform.
  • Managing technical relationships with Siemens’ existing customers.
  • Delivering technical presentations and training to different audiences.
  • Influencing product direction by gathering customer needs and defining usage models.
  • Participating in new feature specification, development, and validation processes.

Requirements

Must-have skills and qualifications include:

  • B.S.E.E or equivalent; M.S.E.E. or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in RTL design, synthesis, and power analysis.
  • Understanding of RTL and gate power analysis, clock gating, and power reduction techniques.
  • Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL, SDC, Simulation, and RTL synthesis.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
