Associate Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Application Engineer at Siemens EDA Japan who will support the deployment of our software solutions. This position involves participating in a structured Global training program aimed at developing technical expertise and commercial skills necessary for collaboration with regional customers.

Experience Level

This role is positioned for new graduates with an interest in the semiconductor industry and electronic design automation.

Responsibilities

The Associate Application Engineer will:

• Promote and sell electronic design automation (EDA) circuit design software and verification tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to engage in sales activities targeting semiconductor vendors and system manufacturers.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to drive sales planning and proposals.
• Facilitate smooth business operations through communication with headquarters and business departments.

Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in semiconductor technology and possess the willingness to analyze and solve technical challenges. Proficiency in understanding technical documents in English and Japanese is required. A background in electrical, electronic, or information engineering is preferred but not mandatory.

Education Requirements

A suitable educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields.
