Application Engineer Intern

Role Summary

The internship program at Ansys offers engineering students the opportunity to solve real customer challenges using simulation tools. Interns will join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team, focusing on various analysis areas including structural, fluid, and electromagnetic analysis.

Responsibilities

Interns will perform various tasks to support customers and gain industry experience, such as:

• Engaging in presales and post-sales technical support.
• Developing skills in Ansys simulation products under mentorship.
• Communicating with users on Ansys community forums.
• Researching literature and experimental data.
• Participating in Ansys events and contributing to content creation.
• Assisting in creating and updating training materials and FAQs.

Requirements

The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with Ansys simulation software and engineering principles.
• Current enrollment as an engineering student at a recognized Japanese university.
• Ability to work independently without minimal support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
