Role Summary

Marvell is seeking an RF/Analog Design Intern to contribute to the development of high-speed transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) and Drivers. This role involves working with a specialized team focused on high-speed data communication circuits, specifically addressing the needs of AI, cloud computing, and data center networks.

Experience Level

Internship position; must be currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in electrical engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for:

  • Active-circuit design.
  • Designing leading-edge transimpedance amplifiers and high-performance broadband analog circuits.
  • Designing various other analog circuits including linear regulators, AGC loops, and current/voltage sensors.

Requirements

Must-have skills and qualifications include:

  • Deep understanding of fundamentals including detailed transistor level design and device physics.
  • Experience in using EDA CAD tools and performing Analog Custom Layout.
  • Experience measuring IC performance and debugging designs.
  • Experience in high-speed broadband circuits and linear regulators is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team with strong communication and documentation skills.

Education Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in electrical engineering or a related field.
