Analog Intern

Role Summary

The Analog Intern role within Renesas involves supporting the development of next-generation DDR PMIC solutions. This internship is aimed at recent graduates pursuing a degree in engineering, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain industry experience.

Experience Level

This position is suitable for candidates at the internship level who are currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in a related field, specifically aimed at students who will not graduate before September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Researching PMIC control architectures for DDR solutions.
• Conducting simulations and circuit design using Cadence tools.
• Collaborating with Design Engineers (DE) and Applications Engineers (AE) for support and guidance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in Power Electronics and Analog design, alongside experience with behavior simulation tools such as SIMPLIS. Familiarity with transistor level design in Cadence is also essential.

Education Requirements

Candidates must be pursuing either a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, with graduation expected after September 2026 to qualify for this internship.
