Analog IC Design Intern - Master's Degree

Role Summary

The Analog IC Design Intern will be part of the Central Engineering AMS-IP team, focusing on the design, verification, and evaluation of SerDes circuits in high-speed data communication ICs.

Experience Level

Internship level; candidates must be currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Development of high-speed and high-performance Analog SerDes in advanced technology nodes.
  • Participation in SerDes design verification across various applications and PVT.
  • Providing instructions to layout engineers.

Requirements

Must-have skills and qualifications include:

  • Currently pursuing a MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Good personal communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools for simulations and layouts.
  • Proficient in fundamental analog circuit design and high-speed SERDES design.
  • Knowledge in high-frequency clock design.

Education Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in a technical field related to the position.
