Role Summary

The Analog IC Design Intern will be part of the CE AMS Vietnam team, responsible for developing AMS and foundation IPs for Marvell products. The intern is expected to learn and develop technical competencies while contributing to projects that impact Marvell’s product and R&D roadmap.

Experience Level

Internship level; candidates should be in their senior year of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and layout analog circuits, including silicon evaluation and characterization.
  • Collaborate closely with layout designers for floor planning and routing.
  • Support circuit behavior analysis and mixed-mode simulations.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong background in analog transistor-level design.
  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
  • Familiarity with basic analog building blocks (e.g., op-amps, LDOs, PLLs).

Education Requirements

Candidates must be in their senior year of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
