Analog Design Staff Engineer

You are an experienced analog design engineer specializing in the development of SerDes products and high-speed chip-to-chip communications. You will collaborate with layout and cross-functional teams to optimize circuit performance and design analog and mixed-signal blocks.
Experience Level
Senior level with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and validating analog circuits based on specifications and reliability constraints.
- Documenting simulation results.
- Evaluating parasitic effects related to layouts and working with the layout team to minimize these effects.
- Defining and planning analog design activities.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- Strong understanding of CMOS technologies.
- Experience with analog and mixed-signal block design, particularly related to high-speed SERDES (Drivers, Receivers, Clocking, CDR).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with IC design packages.
- Comfortable using UNIX operating systems.
- Degree in Electronics or related field preferred.
Education Requirements
