Role Summary

The Analog Design Staff Engineer will contribute to the design and validation process of analog circuits, collaborating closely with other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will develop documentation and specifications to align with project goals, enhancing the overall performance of our analog solutions.

Experience Level

This position is suited for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in analog mixed-signal design, showcasing a proven track record of effective collaboration and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and manage design for analog blocks such as TX/RX (CTLE/DFE/FFE), Voltage Regulators, and more.
• Update internal specifications to align projects.
• Create detailed customer documentation including databooks and design guidelines.
• Oversee release activities for analog product deliverables.
• Collaborate with Lab teams for silicon validation processes.
• Support pre- and post-sale activities related to analog design.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analog mixed-signal design.
• Strong IC design and verification skills.
• Experience in technical documentation and customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
