Role Summary

Develop automated test solutions and test programs for analog and mixed-signal power integrated circuits (ICs). The role covers ATE test solution development, test program coding and debugging, correlation, characterization, and production release.

Position works with IC developers and manufacturing stakeholders to turn designs into production-ready test flows.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on test hardware, software, and process development for new product releases.

• Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement and dynamic signal analysis.
• Create and maintain automated test system software and ATE test programs for analog/mixed-signal ICs.
• Participate in all phases of product development: design for testability, I/O specification, test hardware and software design, hands-on debugging, correlation, characterization, and production release.
• Debug and optimize test systems to ensure reliable production test throughput and quality.
• Collaborate with IC developers and global teams to resolve test and yield issues.

• Experience in power IC functional testing and automated test flows (ATE).
• Proficiency with Cadence PCB layout.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with IC developers worldwide.
• Willingness to travel to China and to international subcontractor sites.
• Nice-to-have: power management IC function/application experience.

Education Requirements

MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field (as stated in the posting).
