Role Summary

Provide technical leadership for HFSS by defining product requirements, translating customer needs into features, and supporting regional field teams. Develop subject-matter expertise in HFSS domains (SI/PI, RF/microwave, antenna systems) and contribute to commercial product development, training, and technical support.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include defining requirements, collaborating with field teams, and supporting product development and adoption.

• Develop and refine requirement specifications for HFSS features aligned with customer and market needs.
• Build deep technical expertise in one or more HFSS domains (SI/PI, RF/microwave, antenna systems).
• Work closely with regional field application engineering teams to collect, clarify, and translate customer requirements into product plans.
• Contribute to commercial product development projects and support feature rollout and adoption.
• Create and deliver technical training and educational materials for field engineers and customers.
• Provide expert technical support and act as a go-to resource for complex problem-solving.
• Identify and communicate technical or project risks early and drive resolution.

Requirements

• Must-have: Proven, hands-on experience using HFSS and strong understanding of electromagnetic simulation principles.
• Must-have: Advanced Python programming skills for automation, scripting, and workflow optimization.
