Job Title

Senior Technical Program Manager – Silicon Co-design

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end technical program management for SoC programs within the Silicon Co-design Group, owning schedules, cross-functional alignment, and delivery from architecture through tape-out. Focus on program ownership, risk mitigation, and measurable process improvements.

Experience Level

Senior — typically 10+ years in technical roles with at least 5 years in technical program management owning SoC programs from architecture through tape-out.

Responsibilities

Accountable for delivery and integration across silicon, systems, software, and related functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and drive program schedules; surface and resolve dependencies and blockers end-to-end.
  • Provide technical judgment in design reviews; identify scope and integration risks and make trade-offs.
  • Act as the primary technical integrator across silicon, systems, software, operations, and marketing.
  • Drive risk mitigation to closure and advance work with clear context.
  • Capture lessons from completed programs and implement process changes that measurably improve speed, quality, or predictability.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

  • 10+ years in technical roles with demonstrated impact on program outcomes.
  • At least 5 years in technical program management owning SoC programs from architecture through tape-out.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of SoC design cycles, verification, and productization.
  • Proven ability to work across silicon–system–software boundaries and resolve integration risks without being the sole domain expert.
  • Track record running fast development cycles under uncertainty and improving program transparency.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve program management or engineering workflows.
  • Precise, audience-appropriate communication.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
