Semiconductor Design Engineer
Performs design, layout, simulation, and verification of semiconductor and memory circuits. Works on schematic block design (memory array, control logic, address decode, datapath, internal test logic), layout optimization and reliability verification to meet power, speed, and die-size targets.
Part of an engineering team responsible for developing test chips, silicon validation, and DFM-driven design optimizations. May telecommute part-time.
Entry-level — typically around 2 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree may be accepted in lieu of experience.
