Role Summary
Contract engineering role on a strategic custom chip program focused on integrating High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). The team works with external memory vendors and multiple IP providers to deliver SoC components and verification infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Work on digital/RTL design, verification, and integration for SoC blocks that interface with HBM and other system peripherals.
- Design and implement RTL (Verilog / SystemVerilog) for SoC components and bus interconnects.
- Develop synthesis constraints, timing closure strategies, and perform lint/CDC checks.
- Integrate and validate IP from multiple vendors; coordinate with external memory vendors.
- Set up and execute UVM-based verification environments and co-simulation with ARM CPU models.
- Debug SoC-level issues and work with system debug infrastructure (AMBA, Coresight, etc.).
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required for the role.
- Project experience within the ARM ecosystem, including familiarity with AMBA bus protocols and AMBA-based interconnects (e.g., M7, Coresight, NIC).
- Strong RTL and microarchitecture background with Verilog/SystemVerilog, synthesis flow, timing constraints, lint, and CDC analysis.
- Experience with SoC interfaces such as QSPI, UART, and GPIO.
- Proven ability to work with multiple IP vendors and cross-functional IP teams.
- Strong UVM verification skills and experience establishing co-simulation environments with ARM CPU models.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with DRAM memory controllers and DRAM interfaces.
- Experience with UCIe or HBM-specific integration projects.
