Job Title
Remote ASIC Verification Engineer (UVM/SystemVerilog)
Role Summary
Contract ASIC verification engineer to develop and execute UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments and testbenches for ASIC/SoC designs. This is a 6-month role performed 100% remotely.
The engineer will work with design teams to implement verification plans, create and run regressions, debug issues, and produce verification deliverables.
Experience Level
Mid-level. The role expects prior professional experience in ASIC/SoC verification using UVM/SystemVerilog.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this contract role include:
- Design and implement UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches and verification environments.
- Create directed, constrained-random, and corner-case tests to verify RTL functionality.
- Develop and track coverage metrics; drive coverage closure.
- Run and maintain regression suites; analyze and report results.
- Debug functional failures and collaborate with RTL designers to resolve issues.
- Produce verification plans, test documentation, and status reports.
- Integrate IP-level verification into SoC-level test scenarios as required.
- Work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.
Requirements

Must-have: Strong proficiency with UVM and SystemVerilog for functional verification.
