Project Memory Manager - Cloud, Physical & Edge AI
Role Summary
Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and strategic coordination of memory solutions across Cloud AI, Physical AI, and Edge AI platforms. Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, engineering requirements, operations, supply chain, ecosystem partners, and memory suppliers to deliver product launches and sustained supply continuity.
Experience Level
Senior β typically requires 12+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI hardware, memory, or supply chain industries.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end memory program delivery, supplier engagement, and cross-functional coordination to support AI platform launches and long-range memory planning.
- Lead memory planning and execution for Cloud, Physical, and Edge AI programs, including timelines, dependency tracking, and launch readiness.
- Align product roadmaps, engineering requirements, and memory supply strategies; identify and mitigate supply, validation, and qualification risks.
- Engage strategic memory suppliers and ecosystem partners; coordinate technical and commercial discussions and escalate to executives when needed.
- Coordinate sampling, validation schedules, and qualification activities with engineering, architecture, operations, and suppliers.
- Drive cross-functional governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive reviews across business units.
- Support demand planning, capacity analysis, allocation management, and forecasting to minimize memory-related constraints on revenue and launches.
Requirements

- Extensive experience managing complex cross-functional programs and supplier engagements in semiconductor or memory domains.
- Deep understanding of memory technologies and AI hardware ecosystems, including DRAM, NAND, HBM, SSD, and emerging memory types.
- Proven experience with demand forecasting, capacity and supply risk management, and supplier allocation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and program governance skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, program trackers, and reporting dashboards; familiarity with supply chain planning systems preferred.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and influence engineering, operations, and supplier organizations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required. MBA or an advanced technical degree preferred.
